  • YES. We purchase homes as-is in any condition. Missing roof? Fire damage? Water damage? HVAC issues? Doesn’t matter. We do all of the repair work and renovation. All you need to do is remove any personal items you want to take with you.

  • We will make you an offer on the spot after seeing the property. From that point, we can close in as few as 7-10 days from the date that the offer is accepted. However, we recognize that each seller’s situation is different and will work with you to close on a date that works for you.

  • No. We will purchase your home directly from you, the owner. By purchasing your home directly from you, we are able to cut out the middle-men saving time and commission fees.

  • Any payments made for your house must be paid to the lienholder(s) first. Once the remaining balance on your mortgage has been paid off, any excess goes directly into your pocket.

  • No. We do not require a home inspection prior to purchasing your home. We conduct a 20-30 minute assessment of your property prior to issuing an offer, but an official home inspection is not required.

  • We will work with the seller and a local title company to finalize the sale of the home. Upon closing, any outstanding balances owed to lienholders must be paid first. Any excess will then be delivered to the seller in the form of a cashier’s check or directly wired into an account of the seller’s choosing.

  • Payment will be disbursed by the title company upon closing. After the seller has accepted our offer, we are typically able to close in as few as 7-10 days.

  • After a seller has filled out the form here, we will schedule a time to see the property. After a 20-30 minute visit to the property, Helping Home Sell will provide the seller with a written offer based on the needs of the seller and the condition of the property.

  • The in-home consultation is a chance for us to visit the property and provide an offer based on the condition of the property. There’s no need for the seller to do any cleaning or repairs in preparation for the in-home consultation. We purchase homes in any condition and do all of the repairs ourselves. At the end of the 20-30 minute visit, the seller will be provided with a written offer for their property.

  • The transaction will be processed at a local title company in Northwest Arkansas. We have several title companies that we work with that are able to help us close quickly and without complication or confusion.
